Anyone got anything anyone think that it is a sham??

it aint a sham. i know of people who are conducting the training and recruitment, they have been paid! Setting up an airline takes time, i am waiting fo my contract too, its frustrating but we got to be patient.
Also if its a con what have they asked you for?
