VIVA, NEBA, or FINA Airlines (Latin America/caribbean)
Does anyone know anything about the new Dominican carrier called Viva Airlines http://www.vivainternational.org/ ??
They just moved an L-1011 (3D-neg) to bolivia (to operate under/with NEBA ,Northeast Bolivian Airlines.

Also they are said to have some type of arrangement with Fina Airlines http://www.fina-air.com/
Just trying to see if there's any scoop on these new carriers.
