FlyBE Dash-8 dlvry delay - why??

Does anyone know the reason for the delay in the delivery of the first of the latest order of Dash-8-400's.

The first a/c was supposed to have entered service on 7th Jul, with the second 14 Jul. However, I'm led to believe that these two a/c are parked up at Downsfield.

Rumour has it that it is caused by the late delivery of the ex flybe CRJ's that are destined for Air Sahara. The first CRJ is due to depart on the 8th, and this will trigger the delivery of the Q400's, the first of which is due this weekend.
