Alconbury for Sale??
Interesting piece in my local paper last week to the effect that Alconbury airfield may be in the process of being sold to Regional Airports Ltd, who own Southend; and that the aircraft maintenance activities would be moving up to Alconbury.
Both sides either denied or refused to comment, but as this is a rumour network, thought it might be worth sharing that one with y'all.
