NCL Info Request
Hi all,
Anyone got any idea which airline uses the prefix TF?
The Venice flight on Sundays is planned through Newcastle this summer as follows:
Depart: 15:20 TF6211
Arrive: 21:25 TF6212
Any ideas as to what this is and what aircraft may be operating it?
Also heard that Pegasus have got four flights thru the toon this summer, hopefully all with 800's!
Cheers

My brother is booked on this flight and this was the latest info on the itinerary given by the travel agency.
Also I believe if you log onto Cosmos Holdays.co.uk then you should be able to search and find this info.
Sounds like Easyjet and Ryanair are doing well too, last nights Alicante brought in 111, then took 119 to Belfast and the Ryanair had 115 inbound and 106 out. Fly Be not doing too spectacularly, though 18pax and 5 rotations a day isnt really too bad is it?!!!

Madtoonfan,
Do you work out of NCL, or are you in a ground based job there?
Yes the easyJet Barcelona and Alicante loads are looking consistently good at present and into the summer, Stansted still continues to bring moderate to high loads. Very good news for the airport and its catchment area to have low cost international destinations from NCL.
Ryanair were obviously happy with the customer response to the DUB as it was increased to double daily, however the numbers have fluctuated and have not been so consistent as they were in the first weeks of operation. Probably initially to do with there now being two rotations a day, instead of just one.
Your observation with regards to flybe I have to disagree with, infact on Sunday BE took 50/50 to BHD (100% LF) on the DH3. Yes some rotations are looking weaker at the moment but a true overview of EZY's impact can not be gleaned until the route is established with a customer base. Some of flybe's pax could defect, however easy could just as well create business for BE. Both carriers are inconsistent - EZY BFS-NCL on Sunday morning brought about 60 pax back (~40% LF). Remember it's not just about loads, yield and operating costs are the big ones.
Further effects to be felt when and if the Bmi baby MME-BFS becomes operational in October.
NCL Summer programme looking good.
cheers,
starship

Summer programme certainly is looking pretty good as far as pax are concerned that is!! Britannia 767 is already in 'toon' opearting the april flights which traditionally were operated by 757's. Also My Travel DC10's and 767's being used on charters to the Med through the week at the moment aswell.
Big highlight of the summer though has to be the Iberworld A330 on sat nights (if this flight is still planned).
Also heard a rumour that Lufthansa are considering upgrading on Dusseldorf to CRJ700, anyone got any ideas what the pax are like on this route?

Easyjets Friday 10/04 EZY6401 to BCN flight took 129+1 and then then my return flight today(20/4) EZY6410 from BCN-NCL took 130+1 so a reasonable load factor? aircraft looked pretty full! We got stuck at FL240 all the way home for some reason!?!
