Debonaer Lines in the US

Has anyone ever heard of a US charter co. called DebonAer Lines LLC??? Just doing a background check for my own files.

not in the US, but in the UK we had Debonair which was a 146 operator. The same owner had a US airline called Discovery which went out of business?? Debonair used the same livery and style writting as the once Discovery and using 146`s. Discovery used to operate round the Hawaiin Islands.
