Airline "Stuff"
Hi Guys!
This is my first post on PPrune, so don't be too harsh, its a question!
Just a question that I'd like to ask you:
I'm not actually airline crew yet, just a wannabee and something that I'd like to try to do, as I don't fly that often, is to collect postcards, safety cards, in-flight magazines or any airline "things" that I'd be able to collect from airlines around the world, such as from the good people of PPRUNE.
I was wondering how the best way to set this up would be?

4321zip, most likely it would be too difficult to set this up as most Ppruners are too busy working their b*llocks off. However, if you look in the back of most flying magazines (airliner World and Aircraft being two), there are big meetings for enthusiasts who swap this sort of thing and you can go and buy it for yourself. I've been to the one at Luton, it's quite good with loadsa stuff including things you never would have expected people would still be trading, and they hold them at East Midlands, Heathrow and Birmingham as well several times a year. Happy Shopping!!

I do not know how up to date you want to be. I have a lot of 1970/80's in flight magazines etc as well as Pilot, Flyer, Popular Flying and Flight magazines, at least 12 yrs worth. All free for collection in Hertfordshire. Of any interest?
