Order change
As a BA shareholder and long term a/c enthusiast; this news makes me think(once again) do the BA management know what they are doing?.. Just consider the utilisation of the 757 and 767 fleet over the last few years.

Just out of interest, what happens with regard to the crewing of the RJ100s. Presumably, the LGW based RJ crews will be retraining on mainline 737s/A320s out of LGW/LHR, but what about the Manchester based crews? Will they have to convert from 737s to RJs, or will some crews move from LGW to MAN with the aircraft?

757 no BA should not be getting rid of them, but they are getting on a bit. BA was one of the launch customers for the 75 so the older ones needed to go.
With the A319/320 the 321 will enable pilots cabin crew to fly the "whole" fleet so saving money in the end.
