Well, now

I happen to have sight of a copy of the High Court Writ served by the poor sods who lost millions on this venture.

Certain parties being sued including Mr WS of Australian origin and British Aerospace are each being sued for $6 Million.

The main winners will no doubt be the lawyers....

Oh, btw the 146 that was deliberately flown through Italian Air Space by Air Jet, is still parked and rotting...

Under Italian Law the legal owner a certain British Bank has to pay other creditors in the NJI fiasco who didnt see a penny - I understand they would rather let it rot...

Interesting evolante...

This same WS is supposedly heading Calljets (ex Chauffair) venture from Farnborough.

See the Bizjets / GA forum.......

Very interesting indeed!!

Mr WS is very definitely taking over Chauffair - or rather Aviation Partners Worldwide are. I would imagine it is they who are being sued rather than Mr WS personally. Their accounts last year showed a huge multi-million write off over NJI.
Being one of the poor sods who is a registered creditor of NJI I can tell you the court case on behalf of employees has started, but is being conducted at a leisurely pace. Palermo cabin crew have been told how much they will get, but no idea when. Office staff could get a figure some time next spring.
Guys, if you want to send me a private message it would be good to swap info off the public boards!

******! Just checked out the BizJets link which shows that Aviation Partners went into liquidation last week. Guess that means mr WS will be exiting sharpish and my money will take another few years :-(
