Ba A320
This might be better off in the questions section, but here goes...
Does anyone have any idea what sort of routes British Airways use their A320´s on????
And while you´re at it, what about the sort of trips can F/o´s expect at the bottom of the list.
Just asking in case the floodgates open in the not too distant future

Go here:

Go to Heathrow movements, pick a day and go down the list.
The answer 'most places in UK/Europe' will probably suffice.

Heathrow to all over Europe. Taking both 319s and 320 they must have, about 50-odd? Which must be the biggest short haul fleet at LHR? Some 319s still up here in sunny BHX, but they are all going to LHR aswell, sadly.

Flew LHR to Vienna on a BA A319 and did the return trip on a BA A320. According to BA's info, 319s and 320s are primarily used on short haul European flights.

BA operate the A319 and A320 out of LHR, and the A319 out of BHX. G-EUUx (A320's) are currently being delivered, whilst G-EUPx (A319's) are all here now, G-EUOx (A319's) are also in the porcess of being delivered, so more A320's and A319's are being delivered as we speak. The A321 is also flown in BA colours from London, but I believe these aircraft belong to GB Airways in LGW, operating under a franchise with BA.
As the 757-200 is being phased out of BA short-haul, the 737 and Airbus aircraft are taking over the routes it once operated, and so pretty much all over Europe, the 'Shuttle' routes to Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as mainline domestic routes to ABZ and NCL are all operated by the A319/A320 and the 737-400 (although there are still a few 757's left, and the LHR 767's are sometimes employed on short haul routes as well).
The A319 aircraft at BHX are also used on European and domestic routes, but as somebody said they are being phased out into LHR, and are being replaced by the ex-Cityflyer RJ's form LGW, some of which are also going to Manchester to replace the 737-500's there.
Just for interest, the older A320-100's are still in BA service (G-BUSx) and operate alongside the newer aircraft on the same routes.
I hope this helps, sorry if I digressed a bit
Cheers
