United Airlines Losess $889 Million !
United Air Lines reported a huge loss of $889 Million dollars this quarter, Ual shares fell to a low of $1.42 this morning. UAL said that it plans on cutting back on its schedule next month, reducing flights system wide 16 percent. They are still working with the unions on a agreement unfortunately everyone is on the bandwagon but the machinists.

Whatever the employe owners decide to give back, it's too little and way too late to avoid bankruptcy protection. And even with that, UAL will have to become a much smaller carrier just to survive.
