The plan is definitely Edinburgh.
Not sure if Gla was ever planned but maybe they have been scared off by the news that Ryanair are looking to expand to Prague in the near future. They have stated they will link Glasgow Prestwick with their new hubs so it is possible the Glasgow Prague city pair will have a service - just not with CSA.

CSA to Edinburgh
On the CSA website they say that they intend to fly to ONE Scottish airport by next year and I, like Findo had also heard that they have definitely chosen Edinburgh,of course Glasgow city council could always try offering them £1 million to make them change their minds. As for Ryanair I know they are always looking for new routes/bases so with the UK PSC on flights from the UK to Prague falling from £20 to £5 on the 1st of Nov maybe FR just might CHECK out the possibilities of PIK-PRG.

CSA have been operating summer charters out of both EDI and GLA for some years. A scheduled rotation would be the obvious next step, but as others have said, it is a route which has 'low cost' written all over it.

I agree with ajamieson - if anyone decided to offer a lo-cost alternative Czech airlines would surely get nailed!
Scotland-PRG is surely primarily of a leisure route? There isn't a major opportunity for connections at PRG is there?
Seeing as Ryanair don't yet operate to the Czech Rep. I would have thought RYR PIK-PRG might be a while away. Bmibaby might be the most likely if their new base were to come north.
There's always easy/Go - they did apply for EDI/GLA-PRG a while ago but presumably their diffs. with BAA precluded it?
