I understand that today Heavylift management decided to discontinue their ad-hoc passenger work on the A-300. The aircraft, the Prime fin of which we saw so much last summer at EMA while the company sorted out their paperwork for passenger flights has been returned to its owners and will be returning to storage in the Arizona desert. Condolences to the hard working cabin crews who, I am informed, are now without a job.

Unfortunately it is true and now official, just received this message directly from PRIME.
Dear All
Good morning
I regret to announce that with immediate effect Prime Airlines have suspended operations of its passenger A300. This is due to the termination of the lease agreement with the aircraft owners and the subsequent return of the aircraft to them last night. All Charterers of future business have been informed personally of the situation.
HeavyLift Cargo Airlines continues to operate as normal, it is only the passenger operation that is affected.
May I add my personal thanks for the support received during the past 13 months by all clients, broker and other carriers.
