New Low Cost Carrier?

Does anyone have any information on the new low cost start up which is planning a November launch from a Northern base, or even better is anyone prowling these pages involved? Small piece in this weeks Flight International but given the fact November is not all that far around the corner I thought more details would be starting to emerge on the venture.

Theres a nasty rumour going around about HeartAir, a new startup looking at having it's base at CVT.
A.320's being the a/c they'll use, aparently they wanted BHX but MYTLite have put them off, so they're in talks with the CVT Airport management about runways extentions, terminal buildings etc.
Watch this space.

I thought Heart Air had tentative agreements with various leasing companies for 8 737s, as per the Flight story?

Well it looks like Heart Air is behind the Flight International article, but i sense undertones of discontent in the people/person behind the venture. If you care to elaborate more, it's just honest intrigue. Also i'm curious as to why a company would go to the vast expense of expanding runways and building terminals when they could surely come to an arrangement with an airport who already has the facilities in place??? At a guess i would say starting an operation is a fairly expensive business which probably doesn't need that sort of expense.

WWW,
A beer (or two) is long over due. I'm passing your neck of the woods quite alot over the next couple of weeks, it would be good to catch up! I'll e-mail you.
