Wizzair-3
If you lose 40 aircraft through no fault of your own it is obvious that you concentrate on the most profitable routes. Annual results out on Thursday profit of over £310 million expected.

They scheduling is still the same. They change schedules at least 5 times over season over here, with some changes and cancellations being two-three weeks in advance.
Last changes for flights LTN-KUN in June where last week. And I am pretty sure they wont fly them in July as they sell now.

If Wizzair don't jump into this market, Indigo curtainly will - legacy carriers beware.

Key sentence...
While Váradi hopes that Wizz Air will start flying to India as early as the next financial year, he said that the timeline would be contingent upon the airline receiving all the necessary approvals in India as well as Europe.
20 years old today. The first flight operated into Luton on 11 June 2004 from Katowice. An interesting article in the Daily Telegraph today with some interesting facts and figures.

Mix & Match Trial
The publicised trial of (sort of) booking (non protected) connecting flights through Mix & Match has now quietly been dropped.
With the ability of Kiwi for one to offer this sort of booking the Mix & Match proposal was weak / useless at best.
Joining Dohop and launching a "world of Wizz" or similar would seem to be the most obvious route to get connecting bums on seats as Wizz get to remain focussed on P2P, pick up no additional overhead or risk and can offer a multitude of connecting opportunities which would seem especially valuable from Abu Dhabi as both Air India Express and air Arabia are already Dohop partners.
The data from a dohop offering could also be valuable in future XLR planning.
