American West link with Easyjet.

Heard a rumour that American West are to link with Easy Jet
giving low cost fares on both side of the pond, AA are to join in with low cost trans atlantic fares when purchased through the two operators.
Can any chums confirm?

Be a cold day in he11 before AA co-operates with any competitor, least of all America (no 'n') West. But has the hallmarks of a good rumour - ie. a complete fabrication.

AA is in One World. As is BA. AA join up with American West who compete with AA on there domestic network. Think not.
EasyJet compete with BA on domestic market.

Good rumour but doubt is would EVER happen.

So how do I get from Luton to the West coast USA?

The bit in the middle probably will be cheaper than a easy 'low cost fare' into Europe?

Bus to Heathrow, one of BA's reduced cost fares to the States.

In my view, easy have lost the plot. Low fares, so do BA now!

Soon the public will realise that despite the TV prog, easy are not cheap anymore, but then again, the banks control the operation, the big Greek is no more.

How about Bab's and Stelly founding a REAL low cost operation, they might make a few quid!

Ciao-Fly for now!

It's just me being testy with people who can't get the airline's name right. FFS is an acronym for... well you know.
