Wizzair customer services
I had booked a trip late March as follows
BFS/LPL (Easy)
LPL/BCN (Easy)
BCN/VNO (Wizz)
VNO/BFS (Wizz)
3 days before I was due to fly I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and advised most strongly by my surgeon not to fly due to the high risk of haematuria especially at altitude.
I therefore cancelled my trip and submitted an insurance claim. All tickets were Y so no refund expected or demanded. All I needed was a no show email from each airline to say that I didn't fly for the insurance company.
Very quickly I got a no show email from Eayjet covering their sectors and I got an no show email for the VNO/BFS leg from Wizz.
However despite numerous emails (10 to date) I cannot get Wizz to issue me with a no show email for the BCN/VNO leg. I have gone through the correct procedure filling in a "complaints" form on their website but as I said with no result.
Is there anyone out there who can help please? Maybe somebody in Wizz?? Short of trying to contact Jozsef Varadi (how??) I'm out of ideas.
Thanks a lot
