Increases on 15 existing routes for Winter 18...

Stansted Airport holding a Supplier Engagement Day next month as part of the approved Stansted Phase 2 development itself costing £300 to £400m.
Projected up to £150m to construct the new 34,000sq m dedicated arrivals building and...
Projected up to £230m to remodel the main existing terminal into a dedicated departure building.
With that costing for the already existing terminal that indicates some extensive re-modelling both landside & airside particularly bearing in mind that MAG also remodelled it with the original TTP after acquisition & in 3 stages over a couple of years 2014/16.

STN tops the 26m pax per year mark for the first time with it`s busiest ever February...
1.7m pax for Feb = + 4.8%...
Cargo up too in Feb for 19,477 tonnes = +2.1%...

Malaga is daily till 09/12/18.

ALC Daily
BOS M/W/F/Su
LPA Tu/Sa
AGP M/W/F
EWR Daily
TFS Th/Su
YYZ Tu/Th/F/Sa/Su
IAD M/Tu/W/Th/Sa
So 3-4 A321’s and 2 B738’s each day in the winter it looks like to me.
Seem to be doing what Jet2 do in the winter with the B738’s, just have them flying two flight segments. One doing ALC and the other on the AGP/TFS/LPA.
Exciting times ahead.

Primera ahead of STN transatlantic launch next month readying promo activity.
Great to see a grand total now of 10 Primera destinations for STN in the airlines booking engine from yesterday.
It appears fairly obvious that some of the more recent sun/med additions both at STN & now MAN are taking advantage of the MON demise.

Another possible newcomer for STN could be Montenegro Airlines,showing at least on the ACL capacity declaration for Summer`18.
No official announcement yet.
Also Maleth-Aero although not new for STN are showing with slots for BCN/FRA which could be "holding" destinations.
Possibly more unlikely to happen & with the current political situation too is Nordwind who have Summer slots for a ZIA(Zhukovsky) -STN service.

Not doubting the veracity of the (NCR) B757 lease itself by Primera but just pointing out the line of post re a National B757 arrival tomorrow AM at STN contains two separate points of info..
N887X FAZX is a privately owned DA7X Biz Jet which records indicate visits STN.
The B757 N176CA appears to be at Burlington at present having flown a service for NCR from Las Vegas yesterday.
The B757 N567CA appears to have been in store since 6.1.18 whereabouts unreported.
Whilst suitable candidates it will be interesting if either arrive then tomorrow at least.

Aha....thanks for the info....that bears out then at least for now.I felt it was just a bit too early yet date wise for a lease in arrival.
Previous info regarding tho the two actual NCR B757`s quoted may well be valid a bit later on into April.

Every other London airport has multiple operators but STN just Ryanair. It's very underserved from NW london
