The local press is reporting that the airport has been evacuated this morning and all operations halted due to strange smell in the plaza area. 50 people being reported as injured through stinging eyes and breathing difficulties.

Flights at Hamburg Airport were temporarily suspended between 12:30 and 13:45 today after a problem with the airconditioning in the terminal.
