Perhaps not all accurate but some intersting video anyways.

At one time - Decades ago - an international carrier (TWA ?) flew JFK - EWR on a 747 positioning flight.
But rather than deadhead it, they sold tickets. Surely the shortest 747 route!

Paxing All Over The World
I seem to recall this topic surfacing in these hallowed halls a few years ago. There are two categories: National and International.
The shortest national I rode was Dundee (DND) to EDI. At the time it was served by British Midland with a Saab 340 and I clocked it wheels to wheels at 11 minutes.

Westray-Papa Westray is the world's shortest scheduled flight, as mentioned in the article. I don't think it's possible to get any shorter than the 2 minutes it takes to get from PPW-WRY as even then it's usually not even half that time.
For me the shortest scheduled flight I have been on has to be Akureyri-Grimsey in Iceland which was scheduled to take 30 minutes but took barely 19.

Was planning a day trip to Orkney while visiting northern Scotland a couple of years ago so tried to book the round trip Kirkwall-Westray-Papa Westray-Kirkwall, but as I wasn't local I could only do it by showing up on the day. Gave it a go but was fully booked on one of the legs so couldn't do it.

It no longer operates, but in the early 1970s I flew on a scheduled helicopter service from Berkeley across the bay into SFO. Security checks were after the flight, on the way into the terminal.
According to Wikipedia, in 1974 the flight moved from Berkeley to the roof of the Holiday Inn in Emeryville, at the northern end of the Bay Bridge, which would have made the flight even shorter.

Done LPL to IOM on a Dash-8...
Although I wasn't on it in the early 00's I went to Kos from EMA and it was early season so TCX sent a 757 on a BHX-EMA-KGS routing so the PAX on the first bit would have been airborne for mere minutes!

I think my 8 minutes Alaska AL flight schedule from Juneau to Gustavus/Glacier Bay is winning for the shortest jetliner schedule. The 8 minutes is total flight time, it takes longer to taxi and park than it does to fly the route.
