Airline with best chance for cadets.
Some information on the market place please: possibly best coming from recently successful cadets.
The daughter of a friend graduated from an major EU national flight school (CPL) 3 years ago. She was high up in the list of graduate achievements & results. In those years she has had no success with any interview applications. Never an invitation to attend. She has since worked on the ground with Delta in EU. She has managed to grab the odd infrequent RHS in a private EMB135, both without type-rating.
Any advice about which airlines would be the best to target with new applications will be most welcome. What makes it galling/disappointing is that I know the most active of the recruiting airlines have been taking cadets who have graduated much more recently and with only their shiny & naked 148hrs; even from outside EU.
Thanks.
