It would appear that Biggin Hill could have got its extended hours last night; see this article; Bromley Council backs Biggin Hill Airport longer hours - as it happened (From News Shopper).
That, together with the possible advent of a RNAV IAP to runway 03 with 300ft minima (see Runway 03 Airspace Change Proposal | London Biggin Hill Airport Consultation Doc - Figure 6), and the ongoing ‘Northolt Bashing’ might indicate the start of a bit of a resurgence of traffic at the place.
