Anyone know about possible Italian start-up??

Does anyone know anything about a recent or forthcoming start-up in Rome flying ATR's? Any idea who they are, where they will be flying?

I saw that thread too and wondered if it could all be the same thing. However, I believe ATR crew are needed for this one in Rome. Maybe still in the planning stages? Thanks though.

The operation will be using ATR-42`s.
The first crews are training now.
The first group are all type rated, but later on they will be doing endorsements (so I hear).
