Canadian Airlines eliminate age 65 retirement

Is this rumor true ? As a result of projected growth, Air Canada will not be able to crew its flights. Retirements will impact staffing along with the non-existent pipeline for experienced replacements.

The article says flying UNTIL 65, not after. It is just Canada catching up with the rest of the world.
