Exclamation Baggage belt 'would raise injury risk to airline staff'

RYANAIR is challenging an attempt by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) to force it to change its baggage handling procedures because of alleged risk of injury to employees.

Their appeal was thrown out. Justice done.

Baggage Belt second appeal

I read last weekend that this case was appealed to the next higher court.

Again the Health and Safety Authority have won.
