Also BMIbaby fly to Almeria from East Midlands so probably a bit closer than Birmingham.

Monarch operate twice weekly scheduled flights from Birmingham to Almeria from March to October on Monday and Thursday.

Almeria
Jet2 used to fly there from Leeds/Bradford but they dropped the route at the beginning of November 2009 after only 2 years, so apparently only a very limited market for this destination.
