BmiBaby buyer announcement today?

From a previous "never to be mentioned again" thread there is supposed to be an announcement today regarding the sale of this part of the BMI group.

Nothing on the BMI website yet.............

Spoke to a buddy while in EMA today, and his intel was that Eddie Stobart are doing due diligence following a very generous deal from Lufty. Is it true? I certainly don't know, and the lack of information from management is scandalous.
Still nothing heard about us in Regional either. Would be nice to know if I will be in a job next month, are Ryanair still looking for DECs?

The funniest thing in this is that Stobart's truck drivers have more legal protections against fatigue than the Stobart pilots ( designate ) have!!

See new EASA work and rest rules.
