Only in Spain could you have an airport being expanded, only to be closed down within the next few months:
3.2 million euros being spent improving an airport that´s due to close. | News | Simply Networking
But then, only in the UK could you build an aircraft-carrier so that it can be moth-balled!

Yep only in Spain. Obviously a few brown envelopes going into back pockets. I don't think people realise how corrupt Spain is.
