China Eastern
China Eastern has today announced various orders...
In a blow to Boeing, they have ordered 15 A330s (12 x -200s, 3 x -300s).
They will sell back to Airbus 5 x A340-300s during 2012.
An order for 24 x Boeing 787s has been cancelled due to delivery delays and weakening economic conditions.
Instead, they have ordered 45 x B737 (series not known)

Presumably what you are missing is that a B737-800 will be less than half the price of a B787 so in money terms the order is now smaller. On the other hand you could say that Boeing has now go an order where it has production capacity, and a cancellation for a type where it can't keep up with orders anyway.
