QFs sad demise and some beautiful nostalgia
Watching the sad demise of QANTAS, and thinking of QF domestic as TAA paid for by the taxpayer and gifted the rat,...what a lovely nostalgic piece of one of the worlds (Parochial I know) great airlines....
And when it became Australian Airlines.....
But what I can remember from Ads on TV, and from Ads at the cinema in particular, was the tail mounted camera on a TN 727, flying up the coast in front of Surfers...over the Great Barrier Reef , across the red centre...anyone remember those ads,,,,I can't seem to find them....
