Grrr NICE, FRANCE

There are lots of details involved, but suffice it to say that during a visual to runway 22R, Cap Ferrat was overflown. This is a noise no-no and so the reports explaining the why was sent off. Just curious, has anyone experience with this sort of thing and if they have a history of leveling fines. Legally, they "can" ask for up to 20,000€ (!!!!!)

Moral-just because only 10% of the yearly arrivals use this approach, review it BEFORE take-off, as there is not enough time to make 8 course changes and look it over in the 12 minutes available after getting the arrival instructions. AND there are two procedures with the same name! So which do you pull out of your electronic hat!?
