Need METAR Runway state message
Hi everyone,
do you have any idea where I can find MET inf. for HECA, HEGN, LEBL, LEMD airports and especially the condition of the runways ?
I mean deposit (if any), contamination, depth, braking action coefficient
Something like METART,TAF report and if possible for the 17.12.2009 0800z
I checked lots of web sites but unfortunately couldn't see anything about RUNWAYS ...otherwise I gathered the main parts of the METARs.
