AerFair would operate flights from Dublin to Boston, London to San Francisco, Frankfurt to New York and Paris to Chicago.
Simply on this you can see that it will be thrown out of the window straight away.

They want to attract passengers from EIGHT cities and set up FOUR EU/US bases! They will need that investment to cover their advertisement costs!

Working out of one base is surely key to starting a long haul carrier when considering crewing and passenger problems which would lead to increased costs.

It is quite interesting to note that the route pairings avoid major alliance strongholds. i.e.) DUB (non) - BOS (OW); LON (a OW city) - SFO (*A); FRA (*A) - NYC (all three - dependant on airport); CDG (ST) - ORD (OW,*A).

EI-RB: Anyone would want to be mad in the head to go up against BA/AA/DL/AF/KL/CO etc across the pond. They would kill any new long haul low cost start up just like they killed the silverjets and maxjets of this world.
No they didn't. Silverjet, Maxjet and EOS were victims of their own unworkable business plans. The biggest flaw in their model is also there in the Bloxham model, to the power of four.

Dublin? Why would you start from Dublin? Surely destinations would be centres of population, and every destination would have to be a base...(brilliant Ryanair idea to reduce hotac costs):
