Logistics question! Alderney to Jersey 3 x a week

I have a bit of a chicken and egg question from my point of view.

We have some freight that needs to be regularly (Mon, Wed & Fri) collected from Alderney and flown to Jersey. Approx 200Kg and between 1 and 2 CBM made up of typical postal sacks.

Can anyone give a finger in the air cost / minimum type of plane required to do this all year round? Could it be done by a keen PPL or as it has a commercial element is more required?

Thanks in advance.

It would have to be done AOC with a commercially licensed pilot to be legal and for aircraft and cargo to be insured.

Assuming you would require a charter (e.g. a Seneca type aircraft) which will cost you £100s per flight hour, would a boat charter not be an option as it is only 30-40 (nautical) miles???

Stating the obvious use Aurigny yes its via GCI but they do have a M-F freighter so an extra 100 to 200 kgs should not be a problem.
