Talking Tui Travel

TUI Travel said it is holding "very constructive" negotiations with Boeing regarding the delivery schedule for the 23 787s it has on firm order. "We are not seeking damages from Boeing, although the delay in the program has heavily impacted our expansion plans," TUI Travel Aviation Director Christoph Mueller told ATWOnline. "The 787s are part of our strategy to introduce several new long-haul destinations nonstop with our current fleet."

When i grow-up, instead of "falling with style" I want to be a travel agent!

Some customers ahead of Tui on the waiting list are pulling out of the 787 deal. The 'very constructive negotiations' are that Tui are trying to get these deliveries, thus meaning the delays have less of an impact on the airline.
