LH Carpool in FRA - now for LH crews only?

Have not used this for a long time ... but it seems DB has taken over the carpool that used to be run by LH. Back then, all flight/cabin crew could use the carpool, but the DB carpool page where www.lufthansacarpool.de automatically redirects to, requires an LH employee number and 45 EUR just to register. Maybe this is only to be able to book online (others can still rent up front?)

Do I understand it correct that there is no milage included, each and every km is .16 EUR? www.sixti.com has some km included, but I think they make you drive a car with a large and ugly advertisement on the side ...

Google and the search function on PPRuNe did not give me the answers I was looking for, so I hope someone here has some CURRENT and correct information.

It seems one can still rent cars as non-LH staff, and that 150 km is included pr day. Maybe it is just the online function which is for LH staff only ...
