Operation Notion at BHX

Apologies if my Google and PPRuNe searches have missed an existing thread.

SLF via BHX earlier today I noticed many posters stuck on pillars in the baggage hall referring to "Operation Notion" and asking for further information about a "serious disturbance that took place here at 21:30 on 20th January 2008"

So what's all that about, then?

Ta.

Thanks for that, Call100.

After the fatal M40 shooting at nearby Warwick I wonder what next!

More worrying is where did they get the weapons from, shouldn't they have been confiscated in security, or is this the arrivals area landside?
