Apparently up to 6 Airbuses being returned with up tp 100 pilot jobs going by end of March - further - OA concentrating on domestic routes and ordering many more Q4's - As the merger is off Aegean concentrate on international and OA on more domestic - make your own conclusions from that under the table?

With CSA gone and Olympic-II-The Sequel dead at the box office, who was the main beneficiary of the slots?

BA bought CSA's slots - which basically funded the new LHR-GOT services
I understand Aegean is to take Olympic's historic three daily LHR slots
In turn, Aegean's current two daily slots are leased from bmi...so it will be interesting to see what happens to these...

More buggering around by Olympic - my booking from JMK-ATH 24/04/11 has been cancelled, and they've told us we are reallocated on the evening flight.

No good to us as it won't leave enough time before the Birdseed flight back to LHR.

Bang goes my Olympic Travelair Club airmiles...

If they're going to get thoroughly unreliable I'll stop using them altogether - as I said, it would be a shame as until now, since the privatisation they've been very good.

Aegean gets European green light for Olympic acquisition

With Aegean's brand becoming more and more familiar with the travelling public will they operate their brand still with the acquisition of Olympic or will all branding turn to Olympic which was originally stated?

Have to say that it would be sad to see the Olympic 'rings' go altogether. One of the great iconic brands.
