Does anyone know of a website that lists best and worst on-time arrival and departure record of airlines worldwide?

I have googeled but no luck.

Sure you know this, but all airline schedules have so much "float" built in to them these days that departure and arrival data are just about meaningless, other than to say that if you have a poor record with this system, you must be really bad.
