British Midland - Brussels
Not sure if this is the right forum or not. Mods please move/delete as appropriate but a big thank you to the check in staff at British Midland at Brussels on 23 Jan who were extremely helpful to myself and my (other carrier) positioning crew on the LHR flight. I can't really post the specifics but, suffice to say, we were very impressed and I hope I can return the favour one day.
