Eurojet - New UK 767 operator?

According to a press release about air services to the new (as yet not built) airport in St Helena, the UK Goverment has short listed 3 companies, including Eurojet:
Eurojet - a new UK company in the process of being set up by experienced operators. The company expects to start operations early in 2007 and aims to be operating three B767 -300ER aircraft by the end of the year. Eurojet’s initial proposal is based on a Boeing 737-700ER (extended range) in 126 seat, mixed configuration fit.
Anybody know anything about them? I though -300ER's were like hen's teeth at the moment?

There was a snippet in Airline Business, Oct 2005:
The former managing director of UK charter carrier AV8air was at Routes to talk to airports in North America and the Middle East. Michael O’Donovan is still in the process of raising capital for his new venture Eurojet, but hopes to start operations next summer from the London area.
Same firm? Don't know. That's assuming, of course, that it's not the bizjet handling firm of the same name.
767-300ERs = hen's teeth? Broadly speaking, yes. There are a few around, but various would-be operators are having to settle for 767-200s or non-ER 767-300s if they can't find 767-300ERs.
