Coltishall?
Government policy is to initially offer any unwanted MOD land to other branches of MOD; if they don't want it it's offered to to other government departments. So if the Army don't want it it'll probably become another prison; in fact I'm surprised the Home Secretary hasn't pinched it already, (it could easily be converted) but then maybe not; this government has an innate ability to not make decisions.
Having said that I hear there's some based light aircraft still there owned by service personnel.

Well I was close! Too many ex RAF airfields suffer this fate; I remember driving past a very well kept Hemswell back in '73; it was full of Ugandans chucked out by Uncle Idi. Then there's Bovingdon, Stradishall, Lindholme etc all closed since the late '60s and now established prisons.
