Narrow body aircraft comparison.

Does anyone have a link or info where I can reach a comparison of
narrowbody a/c, B737NG, A320 family and perhaps MD80/90 orB717,
performance, price, operating cost, fuel consumption, availability,
ACMI per hour cost etc,
thanks in advance,

Ring Boeing or Airbus and tell them you are putting together a business plan for a Lo-co. They have standardised comparisons on tap and will doubtless be happy to oblige

Wink Narrow body aircraft comparison

Hi Robo 283,
the thing is I have seen their comparisons and general data.
It is however very biased. So I was looking for something done by someone more independant and perhaps based on real experience,
thanks anyway for your quick response,

They are indeed biased as they are generated by Sales Engineers so each analysis favours their own product. Check the small print, i.e. the parameters and assumptions. Best of all, getting an analysis from each manufacturer.
Consultants charge a small fortune for such analysis but if you have a friend in an airline the info might be more forthcoming.
A quick check on Google leads to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Airbus_A320#A321 which gives some useful general stats. I presume similar info is available for other a/c.
