Ansett Australia Administration - Korda Mentha - Greyhound

It must come as no surprise that some former Ansett staff are reeling from the recent news that their entitlements are yet again being cut back. Some even have missed out on the latest dividend. Is the money going to Greyhound Australia? Maybe there is a conflict of interest and K&M should resign.
Have the former employees of Ansett got any representation in the court cases, the most recent to pool the assets?
The NAB is the biggest creditor and one might wonder how much of an influence it has on the administration. This is all to do with the letter of comfort from Air NZ, of course.

If you look at the manner in which this administration is being conducted, you cannot help but think the administrators will come out of this with much, much, more than they might realistically "deserve" (rather than entitled to under what appears to be an excessive charge out rate). What loans are being negotiated by the administrators to sell off the remaining assets? Why was the value of the sinulator centre and engine shop not disclosed? Something is not right here. Why is the administrator hiding these things?

Who is looking into the administrators actions to see that they are not, perhaps, going to take those assets in lieue of fees? Is it possible they will discount the use of the Ansett brand and then use that brand to build further wealth? Surely the former employees of Ansett should benefit in any use of the branding.

Former Ansett staff need to make the administrators more accountable and rise to the occasion.
If you have facts to disclose about the Ansett Australia administration, do it here.
