Heard a rumour that BRS, LPL, EMA are going to be closing their respective runways for ILS upgrades, maintenance etc during night periods in the summer/early winter.

Can anyone confirm this rumour?

Then they can join Stansted and Luton which are both operating at Cat 1 due to runway resurfacing work.
