Buzz Stansted Ltd

I have read that Ryanair are limited by the IAA to flying 99 aircraft on their AOC.

I was just wondering what the current situation is with Buzz Stansted Ltd. Is this still a wholly own subsidiary of Ryanair?

Did Buzz Stansted have its own AOC overseen by the CAA?

Can Buzz Stansted operate any number of aircraft for Ryanair?

I apologise now if I missed a significant peice of news in the past few years regarding Buzz Stansted.
