Helvetic take-over

Swiss airline Helvetic has been taken over by Swiss 'investors' Patinex AG. This seems to be a husband-and-wife company.
The airline has recently reduced its fleet from 6 to 4 F100s and rationalised its route network. It flies from its Zurich base mainly to Italy and Spain, but also flies twice daily to Luton.
What is this likely to mean for its future development?

Dark skies ahead for them...
Couple of years ago talks of up to 12 aircraft, now reduced to 4... love the color though
Would be a pity to see more go, 'cos this small airline is a gem. Super friendly service (but you have to buy food & drinks), punctual, cheap, plenty of space in the cabin (only 100 seat!) and one of the finest craft.

Wishing them all the best
