Does anyone know if there is a web site about AERTA, or what it stands for?
I understand that it's a rating system for airports i.e how are they rated against each other for check-in queue lengths etc.

This was found in a financial article via internet search and probably gives a few clues to answer your question:
- In the AERTA airport customer satisfaction survey conducted by ACI (Airports Council International) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) Helsinki-Vantaa Airport was rated the best airport of its size (5-15 million passengers/year) in the world and second best in Europe after Copenhagen. This was the fifth time Helsinki-Vantaa was ranked among the best in the world. Hong Kong International Airport was named the best airport worldwide.
