Whats the matter in Exeter today?

Everything was going fine until the flight that had left EXT for DUB was due to return flight was due back at EXT at 1235 and now it says "From Southampton 2100" so does anyone know what's going on? Of course now the LPL and JER and EDI flights are being delayed by a good hour.

the q400 that operated ext-dub then became tech in dub and so couldn't operate the return sector to ext, somehow the pax got to southampton - prob via a q400 that flybe posnd in from SOU, and the pax then got bussed from SOU to EXT hence the long delay in reaching ext
