Nantes is brand new for them, they haven't made any flight yet! So 3 destinations for a first "try" is already huge and very good for the future. So we can predict, for London, an increase of the number of flights per day and maybe a Luton connection?
What is sure is that Ryanair has found a very big market here (Nantes:700 000 inhabitants, very touristic area, Nantes Atlantique airport more than 2 000 000 passegers) and will profit by this situation.
